Introduction

3 08 2010

This is the blog for the Resilient Technology Research team at Newcastle University.  We are all part of the School of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering and spend our time on the fourth floor of Merz Court.  Our work is targeted at producing electronic systems which can operate in environments, where traditional silicon based technology cannot function.  This includes high temperatures (>175C), corrosive environments, high radiation flux and more often a combination of two or more!

In the coming weeks, a summary of our research will appear, along with podcasts explaining key technologies.
